Ten best nude beaches in Europe

Bikini season is nearby, but this summer, ditch swimsuit expensive and show that the absolute value of painstakingly on the beach naked. Literally meaning "deserted island" Ilha Deserta is the place to represent all those lost fantasies only the parts about being alone in a really beautiful place. 

8 Guvano Beach, Corniglia, Italy 

This gem requires a walk through a dark abandoned railroad tunnel where visitors can literally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Once back in the sunshine, this small beach is a great escape from the tourists, and the unusual shape of arrival and backdrop of cliffs add to the stash vibe. No room to move on the pebble beach and clear waters require a dip. 

7 Linguizzetta Plage, Corsica 

Nudists can romp on the beach Plage Linguizzetta four kilometers, the longest nude beach in Corsica. Outside the high season, the beach is an oasis of tranquility, with the help of crystal clear water and fine sand. The heart of the beach is the Riva Bella is naturist resort right on the beach and fully equipped with amenities including a pair of friendly fire. 

6 Agesta Beach, Stockholm, Sweden 

Agesta's official nudist beach in Stockholm, where families, friends and couples can hang out and enjoy the many amenities including bathrooms playgrounds, picnic tables and barbecue areas. The beach management and government is at the southern end of Lake Magelungen, and is easily accessible by bus, so it is a quick escape from the city.

4 Red Beach, Crete, Greece 

A favorite of hippies in the 1960s and 70s, Red Beach has a long history nudist. Today, nudists mainly adhere to the northern part of the beach near the rocks, although there is a tolerant and accepting environment along the beach. Getting there requires either a boat or a steep hike, and watching the sunset from the top of the hill is a great way to end a perfect day. Limestone cliffs behind the beach, and close to the nudist section, a Belgian called Gerard has built Minoan and Egyptian sculptures sea creature from the rocks, adding that the unusual environment. Arrive early for a chance to catch an umbrella, and be prepared to make the trip to the beach with all the amenities needed for a day in the sun.

3 Espalmador Island, Formentera, Balearic Islands 

Recovering from the nonstop party in Ibiza with a short trip south of the Balearic Islands. It seems that the whole place is a paradise for nudists as just a beach is not intended for the less-is-more crowd. Stay away from the day trippers from Ibiza to the white sandy beach of Illetas where nudists and textiles mingle happily. Nearby is the island of Espalmador privately owned, whose beaches are open to the public. At low tide, swimmers can wade to the island, but because of the surf, the ferry is a safer alternative. Once on the island, many nudists dress in mud mud baths supposedly containing rejuvenating qualities. 

2 Playa de los Muertos, Almería, Spain 

The name, which means "Beach of the Dead," can conjure dark images, but this could not be further from the truth. The view from the top of the cliffs relieves stress of a steep walk to the pebble beach and deep turquoise waters wash the stress. The relative lack of facilities and location so keep the numbers down, nudists and textiles splash in as many off-season. Volcanic cliffs frame the dreamy scene. 

1 Pampelonne Beach, St. Tropez, France
